ELIGIBILITY:

The Image Market Instant Win Game (the "Promotion") is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, between the ages of 13 and 19 as of the outset of this Promotion. All employees of Image Market and its respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, sales representatives, distributors, manufacturers, licensees or agents, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and those living in the same household of each, are not eligible to participate in this Promotion. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

PROMOTION PERIOD:

The Promotion runs between 12:01 am Eastern Time ("ET") on September 1, 2007 and 11:50 pm ET on July 31, 2008 (the "Promotion Period").

HOW TO ENTER:

With Purchase: Purchase a specially marked Image Market product that contains a unique entry code and visit www.imagemarket.com during the Promotion Period and follow the links and instructions to the Online Instant Win Game area of the web site. Without Purchase: To enter without purchase, send a self-addressed and stamped envelope with your complete name and full address to: Image Market, 10045 Scott Circle, Omaha, NE 68122 and you will receive a unique entry code by return mail. One you have your unique entry code, visit the above web site and complete and submit an online entry form and you will then be advanced to the Online Instant Win Game page where you will enter the unique entry code. If you receive a winning message, you are a potential instant winner, subject to verification. If prize notification is returned as undeliverable, prize will be forfeited. It is the sole responsibility of the entrant to notify the Sponsor in the event of a change of email address. All entries become the sole property of Sponsor. Entrants will be notified immediately by email if they are potential instant winners and will be provided directions for validation. There will be TWENTY (20) winners during the Promotion Period. Limit of one (1) play of the Online Instant Win Game per unique entry code during the Promotion Period. In the event that there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant to the Online Instant Win Game, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter the Instant Win Game will be deemed the entrant, provided that person meets all eligibility criteria. The "authorized account holder" is the natural person assigned to the email address by the organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the respective domain.

PRIZES:

TEN (10) PRIZES: A $250.00 gift certificate or gift card to amazon.com, Best Buy, or Itunes ARV: $250.00 each . The total ARV for all prizes to be awarded: $2,500.00. Winners will receive an email explaining how to claim their prize. Odds of winning are based on the total number of unique entry codes distributed during the Promotion Period divided by the number of available prizes or approximately 1 in 130,000. An entrant in the Online Instant Win Game is not a winner of any prize, even if the Online Instant Win Game would so indicate, unless or until entrant's eligibility and the potential winning play has been verified and entrant has been notified that verification is complete. Sponsor will not accept screen shots or other evidence of winning in lieu of its validation process. All taxes on the prize(s), if any, are the winner's responsibility. No cash equivalent and all prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any listed prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. Prize(s) consist only of those items specifically listed as part of the prize - any item, cost or expense not specifically listed as part of the prize(s) is the sole responsibility of the winner. No more than the advertised number of prize(s) will be awarded. Only one prize per person, household, address or email address is permitted. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. Acceptance of any prize shall constitute and signify the winner's agreement and consent that Sponsor may use the winner's name, address (city, state), likeness, and/or prize information for promotional purposes worldwide, including the internet, without limitation and without further payment or consideration, except where prohibited by law.

GENERAL RULES:

By entering or participating in the Promotion, participants (or parent/legal guardian) agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor and judges, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for electronic hardware, programming or software malfunctions, or failures, or line connections, accessibility or availability, or technical failures of any kind, or unauthorized human intervention, or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of any entry or other information, or for the failure to capture any such information. Sponsor is not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Promotion; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the processing of entries; or (5) lost, late, inaccurate or incomplete entries. If for any reason an entrant's entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant's sole remedy is another entry in the Promotion, provided that if it is not possible to award another entry due to discontinuance of the Promotion for any reason, Sponsor, at its discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance for any or all of the prizes offered herein. Further, if, for any reason, the Promotion is not capable of running as planned by reason of infection by virus, bugs, worms, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which, in the sole opinion of the Sponsor, may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right, at their sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, and to randomly award the prizes for the Promotion from among all eligible entries received prior to the action taken by the Sponsor or in other such manner as deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. Participants, by participating in this Promotion, hereby waive and release, and agree to hold harmless the Sponsor and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, licensors, advertising and promotion agencies and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents, from and against, any and all rights, claims and causes of action whatsoever that they may have, or which may arise, against any of them for any liability for any matter, cause or thing whatsoever, including but not limited to any injury, loss, damage, whether direct, compensatory, incidental or consequential, to person, including death and property, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from their acceptance, possession, use and/or misuse of the prize in the Promotion; their participation in the promotion; or their participation in any Promotion or prize related activity. Winner also further acknowledges that Sponsor, their affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, officers, directors, licensors, and promotion and advertising agencies have neither made, nor are in any manner responsible or liable for, any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law relative to any prize including but not limited to quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose. Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion or any prize awarded shall be resolved under the laws of the State of Nebraska, without respect to any conflict of law issues, and entrant agrees that such shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the Federal and State Courts of Douglas County, Nebraska.

The personal information collected through the Promotion is subject to Sponsor's privacy statement set forth at http://www.imagemarket.com/PrivacyPolicy.aspx. Any personal information handled by an agency or vendor of Sponsor, will be done solely on their behalf and all such information shall be handled exclusively in conformance with Sponsor's privacy statement.

To obtain these rules or a list of the winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Image Market, 10045 Scott Circle, Omaha, NE 68122. Requests for winner's lists must be postmarked by August 1, 2005. Residents of Vermont may exclude return postage.
