Orders are placed when a form of payment (Credit Card, Purchase Order or Check) is received at ImageMarket. Within 48 hours of an order being placed, our artists will email or fax you a proof of your personalized design for your approval. Yes. Give us a call and we will do all that we can to get you your shirts by your event date. Rush orders are based on the schedule of our current orders, but if we can fit your order on the schedule we will do it!

Rush service is $1.00 per garment ordered with a minimum charge of $25.00 and a maximum charge of $50.00. For example, if you order 75 garments your rush charge will be just $50.00, but if you order 17 garments you will need to pay the $25.00 charge. No, you do not have to be home to receive your order. If shipping to a school address any office personnel can sign for the shipment. If shipping to a residential address, UPS drivers will leave your packages if they believe that there is a safe place to leave your delivery.

Unfortunately, you cannot. Your local UPS driver will deliver your package(s) at the same time he or she normally delivers along their route.

After your garments have shipped we will email you a UPS tracking number.

We sure do. You have several options for shipping to Alaska and Hawaii. We can ship out by the United States Postal Service Priority Mail, United States Postal Service Parcel Post, or by UPS 2 day air. All pricing is based on weight and zip code.
