ARE THESE ALL OF THE DESIGNS YOU HAVE?
Yes, the designs shown online are all of the designs we have available. However, you can have a ImageMarket artist create a custom design for free on orders over 36 garments. To get started with a custom design call 1-800-827-8337 and speak with a customer representative.

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ORDER?
The minimum order per design is 12 garments.

DO YOU HAVE A CATALOG YOU CAN SEND ME?
Yes, click on request catalog, provide us with your mailing address and we will mail you a catalog.

CAN I PAY FOR AN ORDER WITH A CHECK BY PHONE OR FAX?
Yes, please fill out this form and fax it to us at 402-592-0183, Attn: Accounting Department.

WHAT DOES IT COST TO ADD MY PERSONALIZATION?
There is no extra charge to add your personalization to our designs. Your personalization is included in the shirt price.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Your order will leave our office within 10 business days from the day the order is paid for and the design is approved. Rush service is available.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE ONCE AN ORDER IS PLACED TO RECEIVE THE PROOF FOR APPROVAL?
Once an order is placed, the design is sent to you via e-mail or fax for approval within 2 business days.

CAN I CHANGE THE DESIGN TO INCLUDE MY OWN CUSTOM LOGO?
Yes, you can add your custom logo to our design for an additional $30.00 per order. If you order 36 or more garments, the fee is waived.

CAN I RETRIEVE MY PAST PROJECTS?
Yes, you can retrieve any of your past projects. Click on MY ACCOUNT and view any of the designs you created with your user name.

CAN I MIX DIFFERENT GARMENT STYLES AND COLORS TO REACH THE 12 GARMENT MINIMUM OR PRICE BREAK?
Yes you can mix and match garment styles, colors, and sizes as long as they are being printed with the same design and ink colors.

WHAT ARE YOUR OFFICE HOURS?
Our office is open Monday-Friday 8:00 to 5:00 PM Central Standard Time.

CAN I COMBINE DIFFERENT COLORS OF GARMENTS FOR MY ORDER?
Yes, as long as the ink colors in the design stay the same and will show up on all of the garment colors. When we review the art we'll notify you of any potential problems, and help you find a solution.
